I previously posted some tips here and hope that was helpful. I just read some article about giving a groom wedding speech and it was pretty good, i have intergrated all this tips from people's experiences and came up with more useful groom speech discussions.
This might sound stupid but some grooms actually overlook this fact. Some of them are over confident,busy, or just plain ignorant and decide not to plan ahead for the speech and then fail to deliver a good speech on that day.That is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me.
Something like this should be taken very serious, this is an event of a lifetime not like a christmas event or a new year celebration. One must plan ahead by sharing experiences with the wife, the good and bad moments, talking to your parents, how thet saw you as a kid, what they like about the bride, the bride should do the same to, you see that you are coming up with something to say on that day, cause you must say something, and you want it outstanding.

People might be wondering why some groom s give really awful speeches in their weddings but, as bad as this sounds, this happens and keeps happening.
You can prevent giving a bad groom wedding speech by following a few of the tips listed below by me, as this will increase the success and make your speech worth listening to.
Tip One- Always try to crack some jokes in between your speech line. for example, if you are praising your bride, suddenly crack a joke about her, and then keep going on with the appraisal, this enlivens your speech.
Tip two- Do not forget to say few words of thanks to the parents of the bride and yours too, this makes you sound like a grateful and very reasonable person.
Tip three I keep saying this and i will alwayskeep saying it, when giving your grooom speech, avoid the bestman most of the times, they can really distract your attention with their fast talks..lol
